Unfortunately, international shipping has suffered from shipping delays and losses due to the pandemic. Having run an analysis of delay and loss rates for all international orders this year, I have come up with the following changes to my policies that will allow me to account for these issues in a way that is fair to everyone:
- I will only provide a refund for lost shipments after 90 days from the shipment date. This is to ensure that the package has every opportunity to work it's way through the mail system.
- I can no longer combine multiple international orders into one shipment. This is to mitigate the frustration and expense of lost packages, ensuring that if a package is lost it only impacts a single order.
